WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research and map buyers across major studios and streamers
- Maintain and enrich our CRM pipeline with contact data and account intelligence
- Draft outbound outreach emails and LinkedIn sequences for senior review
- Prepare event logistics and briefing materials for AFM, TIFF, EFM, and Cannes
- Support existing enterprise client accounts
- Competitive and market intelligence — tracking the trades and executive movements
- Assist with pitch decks, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Marketing, Finance, MBA, or Communications — commercial instinct comes first
- Interest in the film and television industry — you know the studios and follow the business
- Strong written communication — clear, professional, no hand-holding required
- Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-trust environment
- Experience with sales in the entertainment industry a plus
- Familiarity with IMDbPro, Luminate, or similar industry research tools a bonus
Academic credit (unpaid) track also available. All benefits and mentorship identical across both tracks.
MENTORSHIP & GROWTH
You will report directly to the CEO & Co-Founder and work alongside the founding team on the company’s most ambitious studio sales campaign to date.
- Weekly 1:1 with CEO
- Shadow live sales calls and product demos
- Potential to own an outreach vertical independently
- Formal performance review at 30, 60, and 90 days
IDEAL BACKGROUND
MBA / Masters – Business School – Finance – Marketing – Communications – Ent. Management – Media Business
Commercial background matters most. Film industry knowledge is learnable — sales instinct is not.
