Work directly with founders at the intersection of Hollywood and AI — on live studio campaigns.

Los Angeles / Remote June / July 2026 Start Paid ($18–22/hr) or Academic Credit Full-time or Part-time · 3–6 Months

The Cinelytic Group builds decision intelligence tools for the film and television industry — from script evaluation to global box office forecasting. Our platforms are used by major Hollywood studios, talent agencies, and distributors worldwide.

Cinelytic: Box Office Forecasting across 80+ territories

ScriptSense: AI script coverage & IP management

SocialSense360: Audience & marketing intelligence

Callaia: Pre-sales intelligence for producers

RightsTrade: Global rights licensing marketplace

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Research and map buyers across major studios and streamers
  • Maintain and enrich our CRM pipeline with contact data and account intelligence
  • Draft outbound outreach emails and LinkedIn sequences for senior review
  • Prepare event logistics and briefing materials for AFM, TIFF, EFM, and Cannes
  • Support existing enterprise client accounts
  • Competitive and market intelligence — tracking the trades and executive movements
  • Assist with pitch decks, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Marketing, Finance, MBA, or Communications — commercial instinct comes first
  • Interest in the film and television industry — you know the studios and follow the business
  • Strong written communication — clear, professional, no hand-holding required
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-trust environment
  • Experience with sales in the entertainment industry a plus
  • Familiarity with IMDbPro, Luminate, or similar industry research tools a bonus

Academic credit (unpaid) track also available. All benefits and mentorship identical across both tracks.

MENTORSHIP & GROWTH

You will report directly to the CEO & Co-Founder and work alongside the founding team on the company’s most ambitious studio sales campaign to date.

  • Weekly 1:1 with CEO
  • Shadow live sales calls and product demos
  • Potential to own an outreach vertical independently
  • Formal performance review at 30, 60, and 90 days

IDEAL BACKGROUND

MBA / Masters – Business School – Finance – Marketing – Communications – Ent. Management – Media Business

Commercial background matters most. Film industry knowledge is learnable — sales instinct is not.
