Meridian Capital Group is seeking driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Investment Sales Associates to join our Investment Sales Team. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Confident and comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative work environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must obtain a valid New York Real Estate Salesperson License within 2 weeks of onboarding
- Passion for real estate and a desire to understand the investment side of the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development preferred
