We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer to join us remotely and help build the core intelligence behind HAIRED. You’ll work directly with the founder on the systems that make our product work — from ATS simulation to multilingual CV generation to LinkedIn analysis.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won’t be maintaining legacy code or waiting for tickets — you’ll be designing and shipping features that directly impact tens of thousands of users.
What You’ll Work On
— ATS simulation engine — improving how we parse, score and optimize CVs against job descriptions — Keyword extraction and matching — NLP pipeline for identifying missing keywords between a CV and a job posting — LinkedIn profile analyzer — AI scoring of profile completeness, keyword density, and recruiter visibility — Job-description-to-CV tailoring — automatic rewriting of CV sections to match specific roles — Multilingual support — extending our pipeline to handle Spanish and English CVs with equal quality — Prompt engineering — designing and iterating on the prompts that power our AI writing features
Stack
— Python (core AI/ML work) — OpenAI API / Anthropic API — Supabase (database and auth) — Next.js (web frontend) — React Native / Expo (iOS app) — Vercel (deployment)
What We’re Looking For
— 2+ years of experience building with LLMs or NLP systems in production — Strong Python skills — you can write clean, maintainable backend code — Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs — Comfortable working with unstructured text — parsing, cleaning, transforming documents — Product-minded — you think about how your work affects the user, not just whether it runs — Async-first communication — we’re remote and we write things down — Bonus: experience with ATS systems, resume parsing, or HR tech
